Asheville, North Carolina Content Day

Safe to say I am now obsessed with in home sessions and mountain top elopements!

Before attending this content day I had never done either of these types of sessions so I really wasn’t sure what I was in for. Regardless, I knew I couldn’t wait to start shooting.

I’ll be honest, it can be intimidating with so many other amazing and experienced photographers shooting the same subject. I knew I was probably one of the youngest ones there, and most photographers there were also full time and had several years more experience than I did. BUT I could not have asked for a better set of people to be around, they were all so kind and respectful. We all took turns and if someone had an idea, we tried our best to accommodate each other and get the shots everyone wanted.

It ended up being such a rewarding day and I loved working with others with a similar creative mindset! It was awesome to see how shooting the same couple, in the same location, can produce such different results.
