Jess & Jesus | Downtown Raleigh Parking Garage Couples Session

Jess and Jesus are one of my favorite couples to work with! I graduated with both of them and they just celebrated their 6 YEAR anniversary! How amazing is that?

When we planned this shoot, I had the intention of shooting at a new location in Raleigh. Jess agreed and we set a plan. Thank goodness I always try to shoot earlier than an hour before sunset because it came in handy on this day! If you’re anywhere near the Garner/Raleigh area, you know traffic can be insane on 40. To make sure I arrived on time, I left extra early and despite my best efforts, both Jess, Jesus and myself ended up stuck in traffic for 30-45 minutes! When I managed to get through traffic, I arrived at our scheduled location only to find out it was closed!

Thankfully, I knew other beautiful locations in the Raleigh area and I texted Jess & Jesus and we set course. We ended up in a downtown Raleigh parking garage with plenty of time to shoot. The light was beautiful and we got some awesome sun flare in a few of the images!

Jess & Jesus are one of those fun, down to earth couples and I had so much fun running around Raleigh and dodging traffic with these two!
